Elegant courtyard, stunning common areas, excellent location near Chapultepec
Weddings causing music disturbance until 3am on weekends!!! Unimpressive spa facilities that feel outdated. The property lacks the polish expected from a luxury hotel!!!

Staying at this hotel was wonderful! The courtyard was a highlight, where we enjoyed relaxing moments while the kids played. The food was impressive, especially the breakfast buffet, which was a delightful way to start our days. The spacious gym allowed me to maintain my routine while traveling.
In my wife’s opinion, the pool could use more family-friendly areas.

Had an amazing time with friends! The rooms were cozy and location was perfect for exploring. We enjoyed the pool and the wellness treatments were top-notch. The staff was extremely helpful, especially with dinner suggestions. Definitely check out the craft cocktails at the bar for a great night!
The layout of the hotel made it a bit of a trek to get to our room, especially after a long day out.

missingWrote a review on Apr 14fantastic breakfastexceptional staffinconvenient elevatortaxi necessarydated decor
Breakfast was a highlight with a fantastic selection, including delectable omelettes. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Ricardo, who ensured a smooth check-in and shared insights about the hotel. However, the elevators could be inconveniently located for some guests. The distance to key neighborhoods like Roma and Condesa necessitates a taxi, and the room decor felt slightly dated compared to expectations.

Amazing breakfast and great staff!
The breakfast selection was super tasty, and the staff were super chill and helpful. Location was on point for Chapultepec, but you'll need a taxi for Roma and Condesa. We even took a guided tour to Teotihuacan with Francisco—he was legit awesome. Just wish getting around the area was easier without needing cabs.
